Hi I did not receive any rewards last month despite having over 3 BAT, this month my browser has stopped registering any rewards for the last week or so. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, checked for the latest version tried all the recommendations I could find but still nothing. I don’t know what to do can anyone help please

I am starting to think this is a huge scam and someone is gathering all these BAT tokens earned through the ads. There is no-one to ask, no admin, no contact

I’d suggest sending a Dev a Message. They will need info on your end as well. I did a lot of research into everything Brave is. After 2+ years of using it I have been paid out every single time up until recently with some backend issues. I DID get my ad payout after some time and a number of messages between Devs.

Shoot one of them a DM, and they’ll try to get it sorted out for you. Be patient, there is a ton of work being done behind the scenes right now to iron out some bugs.
