Internal component fail to update

Description of the issue:
some internal component failed to update

  1. Adblock Plus Lithuania - Version: 0.0.0.0
    Status - Update error

  2. Fanboy’s India Filters - Version: 0.0.0.0
    Status - Update error

  3. EasyList Germany - Version: 0.0.0.0
    Status - Update error

How can this issue be reproduced?

trying to update the component on brave://components/ the above list always fail to update

Expected result:
to be updated

Brave Version( check About Brave):

[Version 1.11.104 Chromium: 84.0.4147.105 (Official Build) (64-bit)]

on centos 8.2

Additional Information:

it would be nice also that those component to get updated automatically at least if a user enabled them on the adblock page
