Brave not able to update

Description of the issue:
all extensions as well as main program unable to update
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. try to use netflix
  2. try to update any component
  3. try to update brave

Expected result:
for it to work
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.2.43 Chromium: 79.0.3945.130 (Official Build) (64-bit)

i have uninstalled/reinstalled
disabled zonealrm firewall
internet and websites all work otherwise
