Importing data from chome

Description of the issue:
When trying to import bookmarks & settings from Chrome default profile, I get an error telling me to close all chrome windows o finish import. There are no chrome windows open. In order to cancel this I have to close the settings tab. I"m running Windows 10 home, version 1803, osbuild 17134.590

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
I’ve ensured all chrome windows are closed including hangouts, closed brave, then reopened, still same results.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
I did a screenshot of the error, but I’m not certain how to attach it as I do not see an upload or attach tag.

Expected result:
I expected to import my bookmarks, passwords, cookies & browsing history

Reproduces how often:
I’ve just installed so it happens often

Brave Version(about:brave):
I’m using: Version 0.60.47 Chromium: 72.0.3626.119 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):
yes

Additional Information:
Very frustrating to look through the topics and see others that have had issues importing with no response from the development team and the topics just simply being closed.

Just want to make sure, that there’s no Chrome process running in the background?

Correct, closed all browsers, google hangout and looked at running tasks to ensure there was nothing chrome running.
