I run Windows 10 and have Chrome installed. When I open Brave and go to Bookmarks, Import, and choose Chrome Person 1 from the dropdown list it tells me to close all Chrome windows and try again even though they are closed.

check your task manger and close all chrome processes case sometimes chrome has some background apps. then try again
