Can't Import Bookmarks from Chrome

I go to Bookmarks and select Chrome and import and Brave tells me to close Chome Windows, but they are already closed.

What do I do… I restarted and it didn’t fix it.

I’m runining windows 10.

Thanks for reaching out. Please ensure that all Chrome windows and process are closed. Open your Windows Task Manager and see if you can find any running processes related to Chrome, kill them and try again.
