Import passwords from Waterfox to Brave

I am not sure I am posting in the correct place so please move if not.

Does anyone know how to import passwords from Waterfox to Brave? I am using a Mac.

I imported all my bookmarks successfully but found nothing online to help with the password migration.

If you able to export your password from Waterfox as .csv file, then you can try steps below to import the passwords to Brave.

  1. In Brave, go to brave://flags
  2. Search for a flag titled #PasswordImport and enable it
  3. Relaunch your browser when prompted
  4. Open Waterfox go to and export your passwords as a .csv file.
  5. Return to Brave, Menu --> Settings --> Passwords --> More icon --> Import and select the [name of your Waterfox passwords].csv file and import them.
