Image not loading in brave only, when using in html 'img' tag

Description of the issue
An image on my website is not being loaded on Brave browser. It’s loading in other browser well. Image is stored on AWS cloudfront. When I access the url directly in brave, its working; but its not working only when I’m using the image as a source inside HTML ‘img’ tag.

Can not provide the website URL, as it requires login to website to see the exact issue.

Yes, I toggled the shield protection and the issue is still in there.

No

No, not sure.

Does the site function as expected when using Chrome? (yes/no)
Yes

What Brave version/Build are you using when you encounter the issue?(About Brave info)
Version 0.58.21 Chromium: 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Hi @abhishekV,
It’s possibly because the resource is loaded via 3rd party and trigger Brave’s shields protection. You can:

  • Click Brave icon at URL bar to open the shields panel
  • See if Brave blocking somethings under “Ads and tracker blocked” or “Device recognition”
  • If you see Brave block something, you can click the number shown before “Ads and tracker blocked” or other protection. And search if the resource link is blocked and listed there.
