Brave images not loading

I have been using brave for a while now and today I am experiencing a loading issue with my images, I have tried multiple solutions and none of them worked. here are some pictures.

all of the boxes are supposed to be images.

Check if viewing images is disabled @ brave://settings/content/images.

Yes I have it enabled, it is still not working? I also have Brave shields disabled, I also tried enabling it. nothing works?

Hi

Try these and click F5 after each step to see if this solves the issue.

  • Open brave://settings/clearBrowserData and clear cache (history images).
  • Try browsing in private window CTRL+SHIFT+n (If images are loading then the cause may be one of your extensions).
  • Turn ON Java script.
  • Turn OFF hardware acceleration @ brave://settings/system
  • Change dns, for instance goolge public 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
  • As a last resort, open https://brave.com/latest/, download setup and re-update Brave; this will update any corrupt file in Brave. Don’t worry, normally nothing will be affected in your setting but as a safeguard make a backup of User Data @ (for Windows PC) C:\Users\*your windows user account*\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser or paste the following in explorer %LocalAppData%\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\
