I have lost all my bats from the brave browser on my pc (windows 10). It happened when I connected my wallet to geminis, my account went from 10 BATS to 0 BATS. I have read other similar posts on the forum and it resolves itself, but I have already waited several weeks and the situation does not change. I have also stopped receiving rewards.

Hmm, not sure what you’re seeing or how new you are. Let me advise that if you’re new, it might not arrive until the following cycle. They send out payments around the 5th of each month. If you linked your account to a wallet near or after that time, it can have a delay. Also I want to make sure you’re looking in the right area, as your estimated earnings for the month would have gone to 0 on the 5th as well.

This said, you should DM @steeven with the following info (I’m quoting from one of his comments elsewhere)

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version )
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards .

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!

He processes hundreds, if not thousands, of issues and requests each day. So it might take a while to receive a response and a follow-up, but he will get to you and help resolve issues as best he can. Again, make sure to DM (Direct Message) him that information. Don’t reply with it here.

@pcgonzal If you just recently tried to verify your wallet with Gemini, this might apply…

Verifying Brave Rewards with Gemini is temporarily down for maintenance

I think other people have had their BAT “disappear” when they tried to verify their wallet with Gemini. Once they get the integration fixed, I think they are going to restore accounts but I am not sure about that.

Recently, I was flagged when I was trying to verify my wallet with Gemini and I stopped earning rewards until the flag was removed. So your DM should hopefully get any flag removed and you can start earning from ads again.
