I REALLY wanted to like Brave, but it is SO crashy

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Use Brave like you would use Chrome.
  2. Be happy… for awhile
  3. Watch Brave crash.
  4. Tell yourself it is a 1-time issue.
  5. Get sadder and sadder because it happens all the time.
  6. Open too many tabs and crash. Crash.
  7. Go back to Chrome. Open tons of tabs. NEVER EVER have a crash.

Expected result:
Don’t crash.
Be as stable as Chrome.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.30.86

Additional Information:
Whatever Chrome has done to make their browser stable, I wish that Brave could do the same thing. I really want to use it and like it.

  1. Is there a specific page it crashes regularly where we can replicate it?
  2. Which extensions do you have?
  3. Does the crashes occur in private window mode
  4. Try a test/empty profile Brave Beta profile, no extensions.
