I haven't received my January rewards

I barely download Brave so this is my second month using Brave. I downloaded it in January on two computers. One desktop and one laptop. On the desktop, I was able to claim my rewards all good. But on my laptop where I had more rewards, it was taking a long time, a “message” came out saying wait for your rewards are on the way, keep an eye… and waited and it seemed strange that they didn’t arrive, the msg first said "you will receive it on January 7th…Today I went in and no Message came out anymore and the BATS have never deposited my wallet. Actually, I didn’t get a chance to claim them. What is happening and why do I no longer have those rewards? There is no support media for this. I demand help from you Brave.
