Briefly describe your issue:
I have not received any bats since November 2021
What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Mac Monterey Version 12.3.1
Brave Version 1.37.116 Chromium: 100.0.4896.127 (Offizieller Build) (x86_64)
Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
Yes, but I can not connect:
First, have to say, love your icon! Too cute. Adding my two cents worth below.
Since you are from Germany, I guess you created your Uphold account before Uphold stopped supporting your country? In other words, you are still a verified user with Uphold with all services available? If not, you will not be about to connect your Rewards with a custodial provider.
I am an English speaker only but it looks like that message is indicating your account is flagged. If your account is flagged, you will not be able to view ads and/or earn rewards. Brave should automatically remove the flag after some period of time if it is a false positive. You can be reflagged if you are continually trying and failing to connect to your Uphold account.
Next time the flag is removed do this:
Make sure Brave and your OS are updated to the latest version
Disable any active extensions
Clear history/cache, exit the browser, and reopen
Try to connect with Uphold.
If the above does not work or if the flag has been persistent for several weeks and it is a false positive, you should submit a request here: Submit a request
@ezioaldetore That is the same request form Brave uses for wallet unlinking requests. The moderators are directing users with false positive, “permanent” flags to that form also. It has limited uses and I doubt if you would get any response for issues normally handled by community support staff. Just so you know…
