Flagged, not receiving ads or BAT

Briefly describe your issue:
Not receiving ads for months now, no BAT being received. Seems to have happened not long after installing Brave on a new PC. Get a “flagged” message when trying to verify.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
v 1.37.111

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

I have a similar situation. My phone’s Brave app no longer seems to get ads.

I am not receiving ads suddenly from today from my two brave browsers in my two phones. One account is verified and another one is unverified.Please check @steeven @Mattches what the matter…

I am giving u required information regarding ids given below:

1.) Wallet status: Verified

Custodian: Uphold

2.)Wallet payment ID: bd1ba412-c656-462b-9a9d-6e51182c0d3f ( Also I haven’t received bat reward in my unverified account of 9.25 bat)

  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
