I earn BAT rewards to the ads on the platform via different computers but I have 3 problems

Hi,

For almost 1 year, I earn BAT rewards to the ads on the platform via different computers but I have 3 problems.

1. The module that appears at the top of my brave page or the account is supposed to be logged in tells me that I am logged out on all computers while I am logged in.

2. The amount displayed on my different computers is not the same.

3. When I retrieve the BAT for the finished month on an X computer it is added to that of the X computer without synchronizing between them.
   (Example:
   May 30:
   PC1 = 20 BAT , ESTIMATES REWARDS ADS = 3 BAT
   PC2 = 15 BAT , ESTIMATES REWARDS ADS = 2.5 BAT
   PC3 = 18.5 BAT , ESTIMATES REWARDS ADS = 1 BAT

April 6:
PC1 = 23 BAT , ESTIMATES REWARDS ADS = 0 BAT
PC2 = 17.5 BAT , ESTIMATES REWARDS ADS = 0 BAT
PC3 = 19.5 BAT , ESTIMATES REWARDS ADS = 0 BAT)

Instead of adding 23 + 3 + 2.5 + 1 = 29.5 BAT
So all the months I receive in my account only part of the amounts normally earned.

Hi @Yanis I have a few question to ask you?

1.Were you be able to receive all rewards from all your 4 devices?

2.Are you currently using the old version of Uphold or the new one?

If you’re using the old version of Uphold there might be the vary of Cards in Uphold. You could create different card in your uphold account( But you could not Delete any of them). So each device might transfer from your brave browser to different Card in Uphold. That Might be the cause of deferent amount that was shown in each of your device.

You could making transfer from one card to another though. It’s quiet easy and free of commission.

I hope this was your case. If not you might need to mention Brave Team for this.

For the moment I have not received my rewards on a pc.
I use the one that’s there. There’s no choice.

But when I access Uphold on each pc, I have the same BAT amount of 3.25 instead of about 23 on brave for a long time.
