I’m not receiving my rewards. I receive notification that the payment of the month’s rewards has been completed, but my wallet is zero, 0.000. Windows 10 v 1.71.123 Uphold region 8 - brazil

The same thing happens to me, it says that “the payment of your October rewards was deposited” and it is not like that, its do not appear in my uphold wallet. It is not the first time.
I have not received rewards since march 2024
I have not received any rewards since May 2024. It says it is still connected to my Uphold account but nothing is transferring.

I was supposed to receive my last payment to my uphold wallet. It’s November 13 and I still have not received the payment. The only message I have is “The payout for October Rewards is in progress. Check Status.”

@mcovr3 @magela08 @Ost_Alf48 payments are still ongoing. I’m sure you saw the huge banner on this website when you visited. Notice how in the screenshot below it still shows Payments Pending?
@SOLUTION4U your issue sounds like you probably have been flagged (suspended) since you are saying it has been months since you have received anything. Regardless, you will want to follow instructions at Rewards BAT payment Issues so they can look into things.

Well…I’m not sure how they let you know you’ve been flagged or suspended, but I haven’t seen anything. I did find the “submit a ticket” area though and put in my issue. Maybe someone on the inside can figure it out for me.
They used to display something in the browser but they stopped that a little over a year ago. The only thing they do now is wait until people submit tickets to ask about why they aren’t getting payouts.
Except for not getting pay, you’d have no clue. They will still show you ads and you’ll see the estimated count go up for what you should be earning, but then you don’t get paid. Eventually you would submit the ticket and they investigate and either reinstate the account or tell you it won’t be reinstated (so permanently banned from earning).
What I’ve been learning is anyone missing more than 1 month of payouts typically will find out they were flagged. And I’m not sure of actual numbers, but it seems like roughly 80% or more of flagged accounts don’t get reinstated. At least going based on user feedback, but it might just be that those who remain flagged just are a lot louder and the others just don’t come back to say anything.
So, i been having this issue for awhile, i think over a year now, i always get ads but when the rewards suppose to be complete and IS complete with the Green light (i have mine linked to Gemini) i still don’t receive anything and even going to my bat account on Gemini i haven’t received anything since august 2023
