I would like to know why I haven’t received my payments for August and September, even though the payout status shows that all users connected to Uphold have had their payments completed. I linked my browser to my Uphold wallet, but whenever I log in to check my balance, I only see one payment from August. I use Brave on both my computer and Android phone, so I’m not sure from which device I received the payment. I’d really like to continue using Brave, but if the main reason I started using it isn’t functioning properly, I might as well quit.
@andreschiavone create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so someone from Brave can look into it and see if you can be helped. It sounds like your account was flagged/suspended, but only they can say for certain and determine the outcome.
