I still haven’t received my October/2024 rewards.
First they told me that they had already deposited them, when I complained because they hadn’t, appears again: Payment of October rewards is on its way. Why haven’t I received them yet?

I can confirm Uphold payments are still processing.

If you relaunch the browser do you still see the Rewards panel showing as completed?

Do you have any flags enabled at brave://flags?

Hi, same here. I didn’t get my rewards for October but it says payments to Gemini are completed. I’m in the US and connected to Gemini.

@kwl524 please create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 since it’s showing Gemini payments are complete.

@magela08 as hinted at and you can see at the large banner on this website or the updates at Ads Payout Status Update, the payments are still pending for Uphold. If yours showed as complete in the Rewards menu, it should be a glitch.

That said, if by time you see this, the topic at Ads Payout Status Update shows it complete and you have not yet received anything, then you would submit a ticket as I suggested above for kwl524. However, do not create a ticket until it shows payments complete.

Thanks I just submitted a ticket. It says payment is completed for those connected to Gemini. Also, see below. it says the payout for October rewards has completed but my reward balance didn’t update.

Yeah. Initially that would provide the “completed” notice to everyone on the 7th of each month, even if payments weren’t complete. Now I think they have it tied into the integration to check the status for each individual method. So with Gemini being complete, yours should show it. But people like me using Uphold have the message like I showed in my prior reply.

So people like me and magela08 are still waiting for payments to finalize. And yeah, I haven’t gotten mine either.

Cool. Generally they try to respond within 3-5 business days, give or take. Just keep an eye out on your email as that will be where they reply on any answers or will request more info.

Hello, my September reward according to the browser was 15 BAT, I only received 8 BAT, the October rewards were a little more than 8 BAT, and I only received 3 BAT. I GIVE THEM LIKE 11 BAT BETWEEN THE 2 MONTHS. I NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEIR PAYMENT BUT NOW I DO, I NEED A SOLUTION. THANK YOU

Setup Brave Browser on both my desktop and mobile as my default browser been running this as my default for about 3 weeks.

I have yet to receive my BAT rewards for both mobile and desktop. They are both connected and are linked to my Uphold Wallet.

Desktop - Earnings so far Nov 1.188 - 1.682 BAT
Mobile - Earnings so far Nov 0.077-0.096 BAT
