You posted 3 days ago. If you’re expecting a reply in that little bit of time, you’re sorely mistaken. On average months it takes 3-5 business days for them to see tickets and try to respond. They have a lot more tickets this month. It may take a week or two to hear back. You just have to be patient.

If you have not been helped yet, just be patient, they will be getting to you. There’s just a LOT of tickets to go through and they are trying to take their time on investigations, putting accuracy over speed.
