Brave’s a browser, not a licensed exchange like Uphold and Gemini, so Brave can’t offer those services. If they did. Things would get really hard for us on the Brave side because of all the additional laws and regulations they would have to follow, including the same KYC/verification procedures, and its not cheap licensing and setting up as a custodial exchange.
I didn’t receive my payment either and I have filed two tickets, both of which have gone unanswered. I guess if they can’t bother to respond to me, I will stop receiving all these distracting ads. Why bother if I am getting no credit
You posted 3 days ago. If you’re expecting a reply in that little bit of time, you’re sorely mistaken. On average months it takes 3-5 business days for them to see tickets and try to respond. They have a lot more tickets this month. It may take a week or two to hear back. You just have to be patient.
