Where are my rewards?

Briefly describe your issue:
I was supposed to have my rewards deposited to my Uphold account this May 7th, but so far I haven’t received any rewards, I had a total of 31 BATs that I had been saving since January of this year, when I checked my Uphold account at the end of February, I connected my Uphold account with Brave and my 31 BATs disappeared. I thought the deposit was going to be made or something like that, but to date I have not received anything, neither the May rewards, nor the ones I had, what is happening?

Uhh … It was about 4 years ago, I think.

Of course, I have never had any problems with payments before.

Of course, is in Mexico

@JynC Your best bet will be to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so that the team can properly investigate. They ask for the support ticket as some private information that shouldn’t be made public is required. That said, you can feel free to reply here with your ticket number that you’ll receive in your email afterwards, just so Support might be able to look it up and expedite it if they have time. Otherwise, be advised it can take 3-5+ business days at a minimum to see tickets in some cases. So just will require patience.
