I can't get Adobe Flash Player to install

Description of the issue:
Am trying to load a ‘tv’ site which says I need adobe flash player. I used the link which opens to an adobe version for brave and installed three times and each time Brave has deleted it in “downloads”. I can’t make it stick. I also followed every topic on this forum about adobe not installing/trouble etc and either do not have same version browser or that led to dead ends.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Download adobe, install, brave deletes it. Have tried shields up shields down etc, reloading

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
page saying I need to download/install adobe flash player, which I already have 3 times
Expected result:
Have adobe on my laptop so I can use it
Reproduces how often:
every time
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
windows 7 pro biz 64 bit
Version 0.63.48 Chromium: 74.0.3729.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
When going into “advanced” it shows that yes indeed my preferences are ticked to ALLOW FLASH along with my website address where flash does not work. It should work.
Any help greatly appreciated, Kentucky Derby runs once a year, need my betting site with tv up.
