I cannot claim brave rewards

Description of the issue: Can’t claim Brave Rewards. Whenever I drag the logo to the target, it tells me ‘Hmmm, no del todo….’ This happens over and over again

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Step 1: Click ‘Claim Rewards’
Step 2: Drag and drop logo to target

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): 'Hmmm, no del todo……" message appears

Expected result: Claimed rewards

Reproduces how often: Every time

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Brave Versión 1.22.67 in Windows 7 Professional

Additional information: My window resolution is setting in 100%

Are you sure you are dragging the logo to the right target? (It changes each time you are requested to do it.)

I think what you intend to say here is your “zoom level” (how zoomed in the screen is) – which is good if you do have it set to 100% (Default). Do you have any extensions installed at this time? Also, are you by chance using a high DPI monitor?

Yes, sorry! I was talking about the zoom.
Yes, I have some extensions installed.
I have tested on 2 pc and 3 different monitors and the result is always the same.

Can you please try disabling the installed extensions temporarily and see if this resolves the issue?

i disabled all extensions but the result is the same

Resolved! I only had to wait a few seconds on the target!
