For Gemini and Uphold you need verification, as I am under 18 I can not do verification is there a loophole or something so I can redeem my bat.

Legally there is no way to do this. Your only options would be to get a parents permission or an older sibling of age/ some ofther family member to have them open an account through either Gemini or Uphold. Or you can just hodl everything and by the time you turn 18 you would probably have some serious BAT waiting. Just be careful not to reset your device or these BAT will be lost.
