Description of the issue:
I use to be able to play amazon prime videos, I’m not sure when it stopped working but I believe it was after I signed up for spotify. Now none of them work in brave. (they work fine in firefox)
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Visit the websites like hulu.com & try to play a video
Expected result:
Videos should play in browser.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.21.77 Chromium: 89.0.4389.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
1.) I’m on a laptop
2.) In Brave: settings > extensions > Widevine is on. (And it has worked before)
3.) Linux Mint 19.3 Cinnamon
4.) I’m not sure but I think @ one point I could get vids to play if I went to incognito mode. This is not the case any more.
I can do all of this in Firefox but I’m getting sick of changing apps/browsers when just one thing goes wrong. Usually the other app/browser will screw something up & people will suggest changing to something else. Then you start chasing apps.
