HTTPS Upgrade Showing Even after Option Disabled in Brave Shields

Description of the issue:

In my Brave Shields, “Upgrade Connection to HTTPS” has been disabled, even then the “Connection Upgraded to HTTPS” is showing by default ON in every site I visit(from the Brave Shields Panel). So your question might be how I know if this isn’t a glitch? That’s because the Homepage increases the HTTPS upgrade count each time this happens.
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Upgrade Connection to HTTPS is Disabled
2. Visit any site.
3. The “Connection Upgraded to HTTPS” is ON by default.

Expected result:
The Option shouldn’t be ON when I have manually set it off in the settings.

Just tested, you’ll need to close the existing tabs and re-open new tabs for it take affect. But disabling https works globally here.
