How to view rewards?

Briefly describe your issue:
I am new to Brave and I would like to know how to view when and how many rewards I have earned by using Brave browser. Ive set up an account with Gemini but when I try to connect the account to Brave, I am told I am not in a supported region (New York).

What Operating System and Brave version are you using? (Menu --> About Brave)

I am using MacOS and iOS. Brave version 1.60.125.

Who is your verified custodian?

Gemini is my custodial account.

Are you in a supported region? (see here for list of supported regions)

Apparently not…WHY? And how do I view my rewards?

What Rewards? You can only earn if you’re connected to a custodial partner. Gemini is unavailable and if you’re not able to connect to Uphold as you’re in New York, then that means you’re unable to earn BAT from Reward for yourself. You can still view ads and any BAT from that will be given to Creators, but since not connected and earning you would have no control of who is getting that BAT and they don’t share how much earned or given.

Only time we have record of earnings is when we’re connected and able to earn for ourselves.

iOS can’t earn Rewards because of Apple. You can see article about it from years ago at https://brave.com/rewards-ios/

I want to connect to binance or Exodus

Is Brave planning to add more custodial account services? Please add Binance. Binance had no problem verifying my account through KYC but Uphold blacklisted me. Plus, many people are having trouble with Uphold, so it’s clearly not very reliable. I have balance trapped in my account since day 1.

Seeing as no country is supported on Gemini due to it being unavailable, that would answer your issue on that. Issue isn’t anything to do with Brave. It is Gemini that has stopped connections. • Why can’t I get paid directly to Brave Wallet?
• Why is a custodial partner necessary?
• Why can’t we link to Binance or some other exchange?
• Why is KYC/AML required?

So it’s clear there is no incentive for me to have the rewards option on the browser turned on. Off it will go then!

Not for now, but it definitely will be here in the future. Just not how long until they go into changes. I guess big thing is to stay tuned.
