How to install Netflix web app?

Hello,
I can’t install Netflix and Amazon Prime Video web apps on one of my laptops.
I don’t have the option to “open in a window” when clicking to create a shortcut.
On the first one it works fine.
Both have Win11 Pro and same Brave versions.
