To clarify, you want the browser to not offer to restore your tabs after a crash? I don’t think there is a way to do this — you can try setting the browser setting to not pick up where you left off in Settings --> On Startup but I think the browser will still offer to restore tabs for crashes.
Worth a shot — let me know if it works and in the meantime I’ll dig and see if there is a way to do this.
