Description of the issue:
When my Mac crashes because of a power outage and restarts, I can not find a way to restore tabs in Brave as I can in Chrome or Safari.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Crash computer
- restart
Expected result:
I want to be able to restore tabs after crash

Version 1.29.76 Chromium: 93.0.4577.58 (Official Build) (x86_64)
