Help me, I can't claim the accumulated Bats in my Brave

Hi, I have not been able to claim accumulated Bats in my Brave browser for months. The Bats have been accumulating for months and I cannot claim any, when I do they do not add to the blue panel of the Wallet.

OS and Brave version:
Android 6.0.1; Build/MMB29K
Brave 1.28.106, Chromium 92.0.4515.159

Uphold’s wallet is already verified.

I verified the wallet relatively recently, I don’t remember the exact date but it was a little less than a month ago, if my calculations are correct.

I have not received payments in the past.

I don’t use VPN when I use the browser.

I am in a supported region.

Unfortunately my device does not pass SafetyNet verification. (This is the problem?)

I have manually disabled automatic contribution on all my Uphold-linked devices. (Or is this the problem?)

Please, it would be great if someone could help me. It is important to me.

I did not know about SafetyNet verification. Please can you tell me how one does this? I am just using a normal computer so I would imagine it would pass any standards. Can you explain how you failed the verification? Perhaps I have already done this as everything was working fine, but now I have issues. Best wishes, Lee :slight_smile:
