BATs lost after uphold verification

Briefly describe your issue:
I recently created and verified my Uphold account and now my BATs on my cellphone are gone, it shows a 0 BAT both on mobile and on Uphold.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Android 10 1.36.122
Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
Yes

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
No
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

same thing happened to me and i havent received them yet. Someone said it takes a month.
