I haven’t received my april rewards to my uphold account yet. It was about 4 BAT. My uphold account is verified.
First there was a message with the coutdown of days to recive the payment. When the countdown ended there was just a message saying that in a couple of days the payment would arrive. And now there is no message at all and the payment hasn’t arrive.

and @steeven why did you write that my problem was resolved when I still didn’t receive any response from support and still no rewards from MArch and April ???
I have the same problem. I haven’t received the April rewards.
I have the same issue as well. Usually, I would receive the BATs before it is marked off as completed. However, this time it took over two weeks and there isn’t a valid explanation as to why. I can’t remember the exact amount but it should be around 2 plus BATs combined. Could we please get some help here? Thank you!

I finally received my payment for April, along with the one for May.
