Claim button not shown in android and not received the rewards from browser this month

hi steven the claim button on my mobile didn’t appear for May payments the device is not verified and I had claimed the rewards last month thru the button itself but didn’t get the button this month and also the browser payments have not been followed through this month I guess please see to it.

Look at this post. I have DM him. But nothing happened.
