Does this apply to the estimated rewards for this month as well? I think my in-wallet balance went through to Gemini but my estimated rewards (of which I had around 6 BAT) got reset to zero and I can’t see where it went.
Meanwhile, I am getting a lot of these types of errors in my rewards logs:

[Aug 31, 2021, 6:06:03.3 PM:ERROR:gemini_wallet.cc(51)] Claiming tokens failed
For me it only shows uphold option to verify and I’m on latest desktop version.

I suggest, create a new thread, fill out the template, attach screenshot and tag someone from the support team.

How do I switch from Uphold to Gemini? All my Brave Rewards screen shows is the Uphold wallet asking me to connect again. But I don’t want to reconnect, I want to verify a new one with Gemini. Do I have to Reset my wallet?
I am wondering if we HAVE to switch? I was fine with Uphold. Don’t see a reason at this time to change. Anyone know if it is requirement now?

The service has proven its reliability over the years. Almost no days of inaccessibility (much better than the listed Coinbase) Fees reduced over time to almost zero. The app is fast and with each update it improves in quality and services. I see no reason why I should switch to Gemini
I have created an account on Gemini and I have noticed that their KYC (Know Your Customer)is really poor… perhaps is this the reason that many are looking for it? A poor KYC?
No photo of me holding my ID… just a photo of my ID… A mere illusion of remaining anonymous

Nice, okay … but do I have to worry if I stay with Uphold? Are you going to separate? Or is this only and exclusively a choice of having two possibilities to keep the rewards received?

You don’t have to worry. This is just an additional option for users. Gemini has coverage of some areas that Uphold doesn’t, so it’s a positive situation for everyone 
For everyone? You should probably move to some small insignificant European countries like Germany or France or even Spain (which is said to be available on Gemini website but it’s not) before saying things like these.

Haha I’m in the same situation as your @grandaobimba . Last month Uphold just pulled out of Cambodia. Gemini still doesn’t support either. I’m wondering the same thing.
Gemini is not a good alternative in replacement of Uphold wallet. Uphold was discontinued for many countries and now the new wallet Gemini is not available to all countries!
A wallet without country restrictions should be used instead.
