Fullscreen always hides application panel from left display

Description of the issue:
When entering full screen mode the browser hides the application panel from the wrong display. Specifically it will always hide the panel from my left monitor.

This started happening after my recent update from the 1.29 version. I was able to restore the expected function when forcing a downgrade of the package.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Brave browser
  2. Ensure that the browser window is on the right monitor
  3. Use the F11 keyboard shortcut (or fullscreen a video on a site like YouTube)

Expected result:
When enabling fullscreen through the use of a media player or the F11 function, the application panel for the monitor the window is being displayed on should be hidden.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.30.87 Chromium: 94.0.4606.71 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
Distro: Linux Mint 20 Cinnamon

Confirmed issue does not occur with Firefox or Chrome browsers

Below is a screen capture of the application panels of the two monitors when brave is in fullscreen mode on the right monitor. Cropped to the corners of both displays.
