Fullscreen issue in multiple monitors

Description of the issue:

  1. When I exit full screen on my 2nd monitor on youtube or any streaming sites, brave browser is transferring to the main monitor
    How can this issue be reproduced?

Expected result:
The browser should stay on the 2nd monitor even after exiting full screen because that is where I want to stream and because the browser is on the 2nd monitor and should not move into the main monitor.
