Fresh Install in Win7 PC not working right!

Description of the issue:

First time install on a an old Win7 PC. Before and after catching up with all the Windows Updates, it still does the same. It returns a message something like " No Update is available". I am not updating anything. I am installing the whole browser. So I am stuck right here. Any help would be appreciated

How can this issue be reproduced?
Old PC with WIndows 7 Professional SP-1 64bit
Fresh install from Brave site through Chrome or IE browsers

I was able to find the stand-alone setup file from Github and it installed fine!
