Cannot install Brave on Windows 7. Message "no update available"

Description of the issue:
Trying to install Brave from the download link on the Brave web site.

How can this issue be reproduced?
Easily, just try to install from the web site on a Windows 7 machine
I have created a new Winsows 7 partition and the only thing installed is the Chrome web browser.
Select Install the Brave browser and the Installer downloads.
I select Run and then received a message saying “No update available” ??
Why ?? I am just trying to install !!

Expected result:
Installation successful.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Latest from your web site.

That’s your issue. Windows 7 and Windows 8 are no longer supported. This means you can’t get any of the newer versions of Brave.

Version 1.47.186 is the last version available for Windows 7 and 8.1. This means you’ll be missing out on some features and won’t have the best security. You really should get a newer OS.
