Description of the issue:
YouTube videos tend to freeze the entire browser, across all windows and tabs, and sometimes the PC in general, until I move the window the video is playing on or maximize then minimize the video. Sometimes it happens in general without any YouTube video, but most-frequently happens while watching videos.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Expected result:
Freezing of video and entire browser.
