Freeze during checkout - harbor freight

Description of the issue:

Checkout on harbor freight website freezes.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

Go through checkout, on page where payment is entered, after clicking continue, not the hang up.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Page hangs on “loading next steps” message.

Expected result:

Payment proceeds and page should display ‘confirm checkout’

Reproduces how often:

Did it 5/5 times

Hi @rajunzz,
Can you try going through the checkout process again but with all cookies allowed on the harbor freight website?
While on harbor freight website select the Shield icon near the top right, and change the cookie settings to all cookies allowed. Once you go through the payment process again it should work, if not you can try again with Shields down. Just to confirm the payment process does not navigate you to another service like PayPal?

Ah, yes turning on “all cookies allowed” solves the problem. Thanks.
