Brave Playlist: request to add youtube video to playlist continues after playlist is disabled in settings.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. turn off playlist in brave settings for ios
  2. go to youtube
  3. see system prompt to add to playlist

Expected result:

no annoying prompts when watching youtube on ios

playlist should be opt in. why are you force feeding people features (which are buggy out of the box)?

Do you see the prompt when navigating through youtube? like changing video position etc?
In next build we add 1 more setting to completely disable all playlist overlays on websites
