Not sure what the problem is.
You can pin or unpin each extension in the puzzle piece drop down menu, depending on whether you need to access it frequently or just set it and forget it.
If that does not answer your question, could you clarify?
That isn’t being caused by the Extensions area. It’s the “Use wide address bar” toggle in Brave Settings.
