This morning when I opened Brave everything was gone and I got this window as if I had just discovered Brave and opened for the first time- https://imgur.com/K1F5G38
The main issue is all of my bookmarks are gone.
How do I restore everything?

What version of Brave are you on?
Also, at the top right of your window, when you click on the circle icon what do you see in the drop down?
Eureka! Thank you sir. When I clicked on that icon in the window in the picture I uploaded everything appeared again as normal. All is well now.
I am on version 1.5.113 Chromium: 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit) in case you still want to know.
