Eternal Spinning Circle When I Try To Collect My BAT

Briefly describe your issue: When I tap the triangle icon to collect my rewards each month, all I see under “Your Balance” is a spinning red circle. It’ll spin for as long as the screen is open.
I’ve cleared my cache and cleared my browsing history and it still spins and spins.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)? OS: Android 12; Build SP1A.210812.016. Brave Version: 1.38.119

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) No, nothing happens when I tap the button to verify my wallet.

What date did you verify your wallet?
N/A

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? No

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)? Yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold? Yes

Well, I suppose I could have done some basic troubleshooting and fixed this a lot sooner. I just switch ads off then back on. Boom. Fixed.
