I was in India when I first installed brave and uphold and then error region not supported error generated. But now, I’ve changed the address in brave browser and in uphold to England, UK as well and still the same error persists.
Please resolve this error.
I presume that your problem is: although you have changed your address, your country of nationality is still India. This is the information that Uphold shares with Brave. Changing address does not solve the issue.
Since India is not supported, your only option is to redo KYC with Uphold using an ID document issued by UK.
I’ve done my UK KYC with Uphold with UK ID. Everything it’s showing in pounds sterling.
Then you need to contact Uphold support and clarify with them if there is still anything in your profile referring to India.
As far as I am concerned from other posts in this community, often Uphold updates the address but ignores the nationality.
