Description of the issue:
View > Enter Reader Mode is grayed out on all sites unless I turn off Shields. Am I missing something here?

Also lots of sites where Enter Reader Mode doesn’t work at all in Brave, but does work in other browsers, e.g. Safari:
Currently, that reader mode does have any specific Brave function, it is chrome’s default reader. This may be the reason for conflict with using Shields.
