Where is Reader mode? (Option not appearing for users in Japan?)

Description of the issue:
There are no options for the Reader feature in Brave in both macOS and Windows in the latest stable Brave. Other users have showed screenshots with the feature to turn it on, but it’s missing from my latest stable versions on both Windows 10 and macOS. My region is Japan.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Brave settings
  2. Look in the Appearance section
  3. No options for reader/Speed reader

Expected result:
According to other users online, there should be a Reader/Speed reader option in settings.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.32.106 Chromium: 96.0.4664.45 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Can you please go to brave://flags and enable a flag titled #brave-speedreader (relaunch when prompted) then check again?

Thanks, Mattches. I enabled the flag and it works. Is this option not yet default in stable releases?
