Embedded tweets not showing up

**Description of the issue: embedded tweets not showing up. they do show up in Edge. But not Brave.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result:

Reproduces how often: Everytime.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Windows 10. Latest version of everything.

Can you go to Settings --> Social Media Blocking and ensure the Allow Twitter embedded posts is enabled?
