Twitter not working in Brave; sends me to authentication

Description of the issue:
Whenever I go to Twitter using Brave (on Windows) it briefly flashes my account, and then takes me to a login page “Log in with text message” where it says “Check your phone with the number ending in xx for a text message, and enter the authentication code below to log in to Twitter.” BUT it never sends a text to my phone, and the phone number is correct. (the xx i just put in for here.) I thought it was an issue with Twitter, but then I tried it out in Chrome and I got onto Twitter without a problem.

I read a few posts here about Twitter, including this one: Twitter.com and embedded Twitter not displaying/showing - #2 by justsomeone1 and I made sure I had all the settings the same, and I still have an issue.

Expected result:
I expected to be able to use Twitter normally, see all my tweets, notifications, etc.

Reproduces how often:
Every single time I try to view Twitter in Brave the same thing happens.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 10, Brave 1.19.92

Interesting issue, if you create a new Brave profile does it help?

I didn’t create a new Brave prolife since I wanted all my info there. BUT I’ve been checking it every few days, always having the same issue–and then suddenly today when I went to Twitter and gave me the usual “log in with text message” message, but actually sent me a text! NOW my Twitter is working in Brave. I am so glad!!
